Uniform updates
New dress and appearance changes are expected to be released in early October 2021 upon the updated publication of Air Force Instruction 36-2903, Dress and Appearance of Air Force Personnel. Changes include male bulk hair standards, cosmetic tattooing, female hair accessory size, optional hosiery in dress uniform, transparent piercing spacers and morale patches. Mask Reminder
Signs remind residents that masks are required inside the Branch Health Clinic Makalapa, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Aug. 4, 2021. The same signs are being used at all Naval Health Clinics in Hawaii as a prevention measure against the spread of COVID-19.

Last month the 104th Security Forces Squadron recieved domestic operations trailers helping the unit fulfill it's mission and protect the community. Yorktown Victory Monument Wreath Laying and Flyover
U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff, Gen. CQ Brown, Jr. alongside French Air and Space Force Chief of Staff, General Philippe Lavigne participate in a wreath laying event to honor French and American forces who fought at the Battle of Yorktown and commemorate the partnership that endures, Yorktown, Virginia, July 7, 2021. In the fall of 1781, the Battle of Yorktown, marked the last major battle of the American Revolution against British forces and effectively secured independence for the American colonies following a six-and-a-half-year military struggle.
