The public affairs team offers two internships each fall and spring semester. Internships are offered first to communications majors and minors, and then to other related majors. Hours for interns to work will be available during the week from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and one weekend a month 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. High school and college students are welcomed to apply. 

Interns on the PA team at the 104FW will have opportunities to expand their skills in writing, photography, videography, editing products, conducting social media campaigns, media relations, community relations, and more. Interns will also get a chance to get up close to F-15s, see F-15s take off and land, participate in base events, and learn about the different professions on base.
