Maj. Gen. Garry Dean, 1st Air Force Commander, cuts the ceremonial ribbon officially opening the Air Sovereignty Alert hangars at the 104th Fighter Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard base in Westfield Massachusetts on April 10, 2010.
