104th Fighter Wing, Westfield, Mass. --
The 104th Mass. Air National Guard (ANG) Alumni Association was founded to serve current members of the Air Guard, retirees and those who have served in any capacity regardless of the length of military service- including those part-time Guardsmen who have served their period of enlistment, and who are no longer a member of the Guard. All are eligible and welcome to join us.
Our mission is to provide the opportunity to all who have shared the common bond as a member of the 104th the opportunity to continue friendships developed during their military service, to visit and to socialize on a regular basis in familiar surrounding on common ground.
The 104th Mass. ANG Alumni Association has a slate of elected officials whose responsibility is to conduct the affairs of the Association for its membership. Reunions are held at the NCO Club on the 3rd Wednesday of the months of March, May, July, September and November. A social hour takes place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. hours. A complete catered dinner is served at 7 p.m. hours. Periodically a guest speaker will address the group on matters of interest. A 50/50 raffle is held at each reunion and in July, a special raffle of items donated by members takes place to raise funds for the Association.
We are formulating plans to offer various activities and programs for our members during the coming months--details to be announced. The cost to attend each reunion is $15.00. This price is all inclusive. There are no membership dues, monthly or annually.
