First 433rd AES crew trains on KC-46A Pegasus
Medics assigned to the 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron receive simulated patients onboard a KC-46A Pegasus during initial qualification training March 9, 2021, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
