Members of the 104th Fighter Wing participated in a Phase II exercise November 3, 2018, at Barnes Air National Guard base, Westfield, Massachusetts. Colonel Pete Green, commander of the 104th FW, convened a Crisis Action Team consisting of group-level commanders and other pertinent subject-matter experts.
