Lt. Gov. Timothy Murray presents a citation to the 104th Fighter Wing

(Westfield, MA) Lt. Governor Timothy P. Murray presents Col. James P. Keefe, Commander of the 104th Fighter Wing, with a citation in recognition for receiving the highest possible assessment by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) during a recent unannounced inspection, May 16, 2013. Murray and members of the Military Asset and Security Strategy Task Force, which Murray leads, work closely with Massachusetts military leaders to enhance and improve the Commonwealth’s military infrastructure.
