The 104th Fighter Wing held a four day Readiness Exercise June 10 - 13 at Barnes Air National Guard Base. Airmen from the 104th Medical Group assess, treat, and transport simulated injured Airmen after a simulated attack. The REX allows all elements of the 104FW to hone their skills in support of both the State and Federal mission, ensuring the highest degree of readiness to respond to a mission at a moments notice. 104th Fighter Wing members gather to honor their brothers and sisters in arms fallen in flight during the annual F-100 Memorial Rededication Ceremony, May 21, 2021, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. A firing squad made up of Airmen from across the wing fired a 21 gun salute in honor of our fallen. The ceremony honors 13 104FW Airmen for their service and sacrifice in duty to the state and country. It is in memory of: - 1st Lt. Edward W.
