Colonel Andrew St. Jean

Colonel Andrew St. Jean is the Deputy Wing Commander, 104th Fighter Wing, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts. In this role, he ensures the unit is mission ready and can effectively support the alert homeland defense and the expeditionary deployment missions with the assigned F-15C Eagles and over 1000 military and civilian personnel.

Colonel St. Jean received his commission in 2002 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.  He is a career intelligence officer with assignments at Osan Air Base, ROK and Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina along with deployments to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. In 2006 Colonel St. Jean transitioned to the Massachusetts Air National Guard as a Drill Status Guardsman with the 104th Fighter Wing. Colonel St. Jean is a graduate and former instructor and Director of Operations for 19th Weapons Squadron of the Weapons Instructor Course at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. He has served as Aide-de-Camp to the Chief of Staff, United States Air Force, and served as Commander of the 101st Intelligence Squadron, Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. Prior to his current position, the Colonel was the Mission Support Group Commander, 104th Fighter Wing, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts.
