104th Fighter Wing Pilot Boards


The 104th Fighter Wing is projecting an opening for Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) for FY20 with a tentative board date of April 6-7, 2019. This opportunity is open to commissioned officers, enlisted personnel, and civilians who are eligible for a commission in the Massachusetts Air National Guard and meet the physical requirements for Air Force pilots.

Interested applicants should submit an application package consisting of the following:

  • 131 FS UPT Checklist (see above)
  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • Official AFOQT Score (Screenshot)
  • Official PCSM Score (Screenshot)
  • Copy of last page of logbook (with totals)
  • Copy of flying certificates (if applicable)
  • Copy of FAA Class 3 Physical (or better)
  • Official Transcript (not a copy)
  • Letters of Recommendation (3 Max)
  • Last 2 Performance Reports and RIP (If current/prior service)
  • Picture

Please submit complete packages to 104th Fighter Wing / FSS / FSMPM, 175 Falcon Drive, Westfield, MA 01085-1482 no later than February 15, 2019.  There will be a meet and greet open to all applicants on Friday, March 1, 2019.  Applicants selected for an interview will be notified 1-2 weeks following the meet and greet.
