104th Fighter Wing Pilot Boards

UNDERGRADUATE PILOT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR FY '23

The 104th Fighter Wing is projecting an opening for Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) for FY23 with a tentative board date of April 6-7, 2023. This opportunity is open to commissioned officers, enlisted personnel, and civilians who are eligible for a commission in the Massachusetts Air National Guard and meet the physical requirements for Air Force pilots.

Interested applicants should submit an application package consisting of the following:

  1. MA ANG Questionnaire (download here)
  2. Cover Letter
  3. Resume
  4. Official AFOQT Score (Screenshot)
  5. Official PCSM Score (Screenshot)
  6. Copy of last page of logbook (with totals)
  7. Copy of flying certificates (if applicable)
  8. Copy of FAA Class 3 Physical (or better)
  9. Official Transcript (not a copy)
  10. Letters of Recommendation (3 Max)
  11. Last 2 Performance Reports and RIP (If current/prior service)
  12. Picture


Please submit complete packages by mail to 104th Fighter Wing / FSS / FSMPM, 175 Falcon Drive, Westfield, MA 01085-1482 no later than February 15, 2023.  There will be a meet and greet open to all applicants on Friday, March 10, 2023.  Applicants selected for an interview will be notified 1-2 weeks following the meet and greet.

 A personal appearance by the applicant is voluntary; travel and per diem costs are at the applicant's expense.
