Maj. Ashley Rolfe is the first female fighter pilot for the Air National Guard’s 104th Fighter Wing. Rolfe is an Air Force Academy graduate and combat veteran who has served in the Air Force for eleven years. Rolfe became an Air Force pilot after growing up as an Air Force “Brat” dependent, following her dad and grandad’s footsteps carrying on the family legacy. Brad Demers, flight medic for the Massachusetts Army National Guard, 3-126th Aviation, instructs Senior Airman Anthony Fappiano, medic from the Massachusetts Air National Guard, 104th Fighter Wing, 104th Medical Group, on flight medic procedures and in route patient care on board the HH-60 Medevac Black Hawk during joint medic augmentee training at Barnes Air National Guard Base.
